In this case, it is not the flow pattern created by the bubble system that is utilized, but rather the fact that bubbles serve as muffler. The energy of the blast wave can actually not be reduced since the bubbles cannot absorb its energy. However, the maximal amplitude can be reduced significantly.<\/p>\n<p>This method requires high amounts of pressured air. This is not necessarily economic.
